Fans of naked bodybuilding love the Annual IFNB Muscle Dick Showcase Expo – more commonly referred to by fans as just "The Dick Show".  The Dick Show started almost two decades ago as an expo for muscle and cock, but within a year of their start-up they gained sanctioning from the IFNB to hold an official pro-level naked bodybuilding contest.  But what makes the Dick Show unique among IFNB shows is their emphasis on cock in the judging.  You still have to have a masculine, muscled body to win, but cock counts far more for winning at the Dick Show than it does in any other pro contest.

And 2011 had one of those famous moments all fans of muscle cock competition remember.  With his amazing 13.5" cock on a 5'5" frame, Craig Frewer was the middleweight who had the best chance of winning big at the Dick Show, but he made the error so many cock-obsessed muscle competitors do while under pressure: straying from their typical cock enhancements and experimenting with extreme and unpredictable treatments in the hopes of producing a supercock.

Frewer dabbled in SPH, an unpredictable and impossible-to-control series of treatments intended to cause temporarily exaggerated cum production.  But SPH s like the kiss of death for a competitor, and the vast majority who dabble in SPH lose their competitions due to having cocks out of control.  Craig also lost, but his loss was mitigated by an unexpected gain.
