during the newly-established Assistant Review prior to the Pan-Africa starting.  Most competitors

appreciated the assurance of durable hols to fuck, but some, as with superheavyweight Terrence Mkwobu above, 

found the procedure more humorous than necessary.

"I don't care if these little bitches can't handle the way the competitors fuck them," explained in an email to the organizers of the 2017 IFNB Pan-Africa.  "If they can not be used for hours on end by the massive cocks and pro-levelfuck training, then they should be eliminated and deemed unworthy of being used by us backstage!"

The email was sent prior to the Pan-Africa, explaining how Douton demanded that Naked Bodybuilding Assistants (NBAs) backstage be better vetted to accommodate the higher level of competition expected at the event.  "Far too often these fuck holes pass out because of the intensity of our cocks fucking them.  That is not only unacceptable for competitors trying to win a contest, it is frankly very disrespectful.  Why should any real man who competes be expected to use a fuck hole who faints and can't even have the respect to stay conscious while we use them?!"

Douton does have a point.  The average pro level competition typically sees upwards of 15% of backstage fuck holes become exhausted and need to be removed from the prep area, and Elite Pro shows typically see the number of removals closer to 1/4 of the total NBA roster. This puts a huge burden on competitors who are trying to get their cocks in prime form for the stage.  Without the availability of asses and mouths to pummel with their cocks, how can any competitor be expected to strut on stage with a dick that is truly vibrating with intensely masculine arousal?

So Douton actually delayed the start of the contest for a thorough review of NBAs.  In a 12-hour session, competitors were invited to "freely use" NBAs, and decide if the bitch boy being fucked was worth keeping backstage.  Any NBA seen as unworthy was removed from rotation.

Yet nothing Douton does is without a twist.  And what he did not reveal in his announcement is that he was not showing up at the Pan-Africa to compete.  In an unexpected twist, Pierre Douton has been named co-chair of the entire competition!  While judging remains managed by the IFNB officials, the proceedings management now falls under his purview, along with several of the contest's previous promoters.  yet in spite of it being a "co-chairmanship" situation, Douton is reported to be "the most senior authority" in charge of competition management.

This is a notably unprecedented move – which is typical for Douton and his ability to command more and more power with his sheer masculine aggression.  Many top pros will have contests named after them, but it is rare that a pro will actually get involved with the specifics of the competition – much less a reaigning Mr. Alpha!

Douton assures us that most of the changes he wants to ee occur with the Pan-Africa revolve around the backstage areas and the competitor prep requirements.  However, he promises that he will be often on stage nude and showing off, "because I am more entitled than any other man to command an audience to adore my male perfection," he tells us.

His involvement at the restructuring of the Pan-Africa's workings will no doubt create some interesting twists in the proceedings!

BOTTOM TO THE TOP: For many years, this man who many see as a true alpha

SHIFTING POWERS: 2016 saw the amazing Yuri "Big Red" Korozoev dominating contests all season and 
winning a huge fan-favorite placing.  Yet he unexpectedly was given a hard time by the man everyone use to 
use as a piece of fuck-equipment, the amazingly improved package brought by Eduardo Bedone.

Many fans were disappointed at the roster for the 2016 Mr. Alpha.  The biggest headline was the conspicuous absence of our reigning Mr. Alpha himself, JK Roher.  This came as a profound disappointment to fans of the young legend, but the power vacuum suddenly shifted the Mr. A, making the chance for a surprise win even greater.

While still new to the Elite Level Pro competition circuit, Russia's Yuri Korozoev was predicted as one of the top possibilities to become the surprise Mr. Alpha.  With his biggest rivals Monza and Roher not in this year's Mr Alpha roster, a man who plays on muscle thickness and excessive cum shooting while flexing could run away with higher marks than the relative control of those two veterans.  One of the thickest muscled competitors in the Elite Pro division, the monster pecs and insane shoulders of Korozoev help him gain huge points on physique, yet he takes the stage overly horny according to many critics. Recently the CMCS tried to get a sense of the training styles of collegiate athletes involved with naked muscle sports.  A sign that the CMCS organization is growing into amore sophisticated collegiate sports league, the survey was intended to help athletes address deficits in their training by looking at the bigger picture off naked muscle sports.  The results are compelling, and indeed useful for college athletes looking to understand proper nude muscle cock training.

For example, moist college athletes spend on average 15 hours per week lifting weights, which mimics professional naked bodybuilders, yet spend an average of 9 hours per week on sport-focused (not solely for pleasure) cock training.  That number is far below the standards of professional naked bodybuilders who often spend upwards of 18 to 24 hours a week solely working their massive cocks, trying to train them to stay harder longer and be more horny and sexually aggressive.  Knowing how they compare to pros helps college muscle jocks improve their game if they hope to advance in the competitive sport after college.

Meanwhile, CMCS athletes train cock alone, individually, 69% of the time and with the use of another athlete 31% of the time.  This statistic was surprising to learn, when compared to the professional standard.  Pro naked bodybuilders tend to have almost opposite methods for training their monster cocks, using solo methods only 22% on average and the remaining 78% of the time using another athlete or NBA to train their frightening fuck sticks.  This statistic alone is what compelled the CMCS to begin setting up training guides to urge college athletes to start training cock together if they want to get ahead in the game.

Learning these comparisons allows young nude muscle athletes to spot where their training can be improved, and also understand the sexual demands hat lie ahead for them.  Training themselves to be sexually aggressive and constantly fuck-crazed starts early, and knowing how they are falling short will help CMCS athletes seeking advancement in naked bodybuilding make improvements in their training.  The survey is profoundly useful unto itself, but the CMCS plans also in publishing training guides in the near future to help ensure those enrolled in their amateur-level ranks learn the tricks the pros use to become the ultimate alpha males.
