The largest IFNB contests have extensive Naked Muscle Expositions as well. And one of the biggest Expos held by the IFNB is at the Roma. The biggest names in extreme muscle growth technology all display their latest products, and there are often bodybuilding competitions held where the prize is being sponsored.

Plath has competed for many years in the amateur ranks, most notably rising through the CEPB (Conference of Erect Penis Bodybuilding), an amateur league who's top winners enter the IFNB. Plath had not yet won his pro-card, yet as this was a company-sponsored contest, he entered – and to most people's surprise, he won!
Joakim Plath had also worked as the prep assistant for several pro IFNB competitors, including the 17" cocked Terrell Potts.
