IFNB Pro bodybuilder Armand Cora demonstrates an excellently executed Power Thrust Deadlift & Release. 
The exercise is a core to his muscle and cock training: "I was coached that the power of the cock should match the power of the muscle," 
Cora explains. "So I want my cumshots in a contest to match the thick power of my muscle and thickness of my cock.
I prefer training methods that accomplish this, so train primarily in power muscle & cock forms (PMC style training). 
I think too many bodybuilders these days isolate their muscle from their cock work far too much,
and do not properly sync their cock power with their muscle intensity."



Many IFNB Pro bodbuilders believe in heavy and intense cock and muscle training year round, as opposed to just working their massive cocks more aggressively in the period just prior to contest.  For this type of training, the athlete will typically employ lifts that challenge the power of their cock far more aggressively than the traditionally separated cock and muscle training.

Power Muscle Cock training styles (or PMC lifting) are the basis of heavily integrated muscle and cock training.  The philosophy of the lifts is that the body works as one power entity: powerful strength, powerful size, powerful cock, powerful cum.  All the incredible facilities get pushed to their maximum extreme in such training styles.  The challenge of these styles is so great that typically only the most aggressive and alpa bodybuilders adhere to them.  Most falter and return to more isolated cock versus muscle training.

One of the cornerstone lifts in PMC is power thrust deadlifts.  It is a slight alteration on the traditional deadlift form, where the final movement is a hip-thrust forward such that the sphincter muscles are clenched hard to further stimulate the muscle monster's rock-hard muscle cock.  The added glute and hip thrust trains the dense muscles within the athlete's asshole to be powerful and strong, and an asset to causing thick hard-ons without needing any manipulation.  A stronger and more powerful hole-clench is essential in contests as it helps maintain erections and allows the stud to pump his meaty boner using just his ass, remaining hands-free in competition.

Stronger, more advanced muscle beasts often use other equipment to enhance their power during power thrust deadlifts.  Popping a butt plug in their tight, muscular asses while executing this lift helps develop far more powerful control and power in their ass, as well as hyper-stimulating their cock during training.  As you all know, hyper-stimulation of a muscle man's dick during training helps them master the muscle-cock mind connection.

A common and frequent variation on power thrust deadlifts is to add cum release at the top of the movement.  The athlete holds the weight in place while the cum bursts from his mighty cock and splatters all around him and on top of the heavy iron he just dominated with his brute power.  

Typically, a hardcore muscle beast will do 3 to 5 sets of 4 to 6 reps of power thrust deadlifts, and then finish with one last set of power thrust deadlifts with release, cumming huge at the end of the exercise.

While power thrust deadlifts can be executed in any gym, the full release method means the athlete must be fully naked.  Typically the show of power, control and domination of muscle and cock is so amazing that even the most uptight of iron house gyms will gladly allow a muscle alpha to knock out a cum-spewing set of power thrust deadlifts with release

  2. Man, I would have loved to be in that gym when that pic of Cora was taken! He's obviously enjoying every minute of the exercise. And I love his comment that he trains to have a "cumshot to match the thick power of muscle and the thickeness of cock." The ultimate goal of IFNB competitors is to get that perfect balance of ripped/big muscle, huge cock, and multiple spewing cumshots. Then, when they top all that off by applying a nice cum/precum "muscle shine"...whew! So hot!

    Just a question: Since the consensus seem to be that being fucked by an assistant is the best way to develop cock size and cum volume, wouldn't it be better for Cora to submit his ass to another huge cock as he is doing this exercise? Do any IFNB guys use this technique with certain exercises?

    1. I don't think that is the consensus at all.

      Most pro naked bodybuilders do use a lot of ass stimulation in heir training, but it is not considered "the best way to develop cock size." However, it does definitely train cumload volume.

      There is no way to do deadlifts with a cock up your ass though. The movement prevents it.

      There are some LIGHT WEIGHT squats where a spot has his cock in the bodybuilder's ass the whole movement. Likewise, some bench techniques I have seen.
