As competitions draw near, the need to add training techniques that are specific to stage presentation become crucial.  That means a lot more plyometrics and flexed-muscle "holding" to train the body to be able to flex for prolonged periods of time.

Stroke holds can be performed alone or with a spot or assistance.  A bodybuilder will aggressively attack the thick meat of his fellow training buddy while holding a double biceps, stroking him fast and hard to get at that hot spray, helping his buddy strengthen his ability to shoot during posing and associate the sensation of flexed muscle with cumming.

  2. It's great to see one of the experienced IFNB Pros in action.

    This is definitely one of my favourite and most rewarding stroking exercise - and vital as preparation for a hands-free single bicep flex.

    This shows perfectly how the "mind-muscle" connection has been taken a stage further by IFNB Pros and developed naturally into the "flex-cumming" connection.

    I have seen the cross-over clothed/IFNB bodybuilder Ionut Iana perform this pose very satisfactorily in a Powermen.com video, first stroking without flexing, then, as he starts flexing instantly shooting his cream onto his bicep in a kneeling side bicep pose. Iana then rubs the juice as shine onto his bicep before finishing with an erect lat spread. A great asset to the IFNB, and obviously where he is more relaxed as an athlete.

    Do any of you guys think there are other equally cross-over bodybuilders in the game?

    1. There are a LOT of crossovers from non-naked to naked bodybuilding. However, many who make the switch switch for good to the naked, hard-cocked version, leaving the unsatisfying non-naked style in the dust.

      Many feel that non-naked bodybuilding is a primitive and incomplete game. What it represents is not as complete a picture of male muscle as the explosive and exciting form of naked bodybuilding.

      Many bodybuilders find a new level of masculine excitement as they get to self-glorify their muscular achievements with the symbol of male dominance: their own seed! Their sex and heir gender combine into a glorious exultation of their power. It becomes quite a thrilling experience, which leaves non-naked versions of the sport feeling less than sensational.

      My guess is that Iana's appearance on Powermen may suggest he is, in reality, more fond and built for the naked version of the sport.

      I would guess he only appeared on that site as a way of performing in his TRUE sport - naked bodybuilding - while still appeasing the non-naked sensibilities. It sounds like his appearance was marked far more with the skills required of naked bodybuilders, which makes me believe he is probably privately making the switch. After all, the timing and posing he showed does not happen without LOTS of cock and muscle training. The very fact that he could do it on cue is evidence that his training is more similar to naked bodybuilding training styles.

  5. There are two variations to intensify the connection between showing off muscle with the sensation of a cock exploding:

      Question on your post: Do you suggest ALWAYS having something up my ass for this exercise? Will I still get results if I sometimes don't have something in my ass? Also, if dildo, does dildo size help/hurt? What will give me the best results?

      Suck spots have worked for me better on a few exercises, so I agree there. Are you suggesting that I should not cum while being sucked, and instead use the spot's cock and ride to orgasm? Is this the best method?

  6. I would advise you not to cum while being sucked, but use the spot's cock (or a toy) and ride to orgasm. Fucking should be reserved for the relief. For the competition, you must, however, learn to come to an explosion without touching your cock being touched.
    You need not have a stimulant in the ass every time you're training, but you should try everything to achieve a full erection and to provide a quick organism. An inflatible plug, controlled by his coach, may be useful for a beginner: the size is adjusted until the trainee squirts and is increased with every cumshot. The dildo size is essential for the type of stimulation that is demanded by competitive naked bodybuilding. For an advanced naked bodybuilder it is sufficient to feel the spot's cock in his ass. And after extensive training a good naked bodybuilder will be able to cum just by looking at another contestant's body.

      Are you saying I should work with larger dildos? I work with plugs often, but not always. Per your suggestions, I will always wear a plug. But were you saying I should use LARGER ass stim too?

      It would be good to have a coach inflating my hole to master my response times, and train my abilities.
