I am very glad to see that Itakara placed in the Top-Three Overall for bodybuilding. Although it would not have been TOO surprising to see him go further. As for the new non-bodybuiling division, I had my doubts, but I'm starting to see the appeal. There are lots of what you might call "alpha-class" cocks out there on very fit guys, especially with the products marketed to naked bodybuilders, and there's definitely a market for a more cock-centered competition.
I was able to get away to watch the last few rounds of judging of the Aroused Athlete Physique (AAP) side of the convention center, and you could tell there were some good fundamentals of cock training going on among the competitors, but there was a sizable gap between majority of the athletes and those in the top-ten. A good 3'' gap if we're being honest. One thing I noticed among the AAP competitors was a general focus on shaft length and head development. This meant a lot of balanced-proportion cocks with good rigidity (Case in point Tony Kim). However, it seemed like the training regimes of many (not all) of those same athletes lacked the sort of testicular development techniques, so common to naked bodybuilding (Case in point Tony Kim). Perhaps they were relying on supplements that induce fast gains in size rather than the more long-term "feed-forward" products that increase size and testosterone output of the testicles? In any care, there did not seem to be any slowing down with the cum loads, so it's clearly not off the radar of coaches and athletes. (Case in point...) Seriously though. My initial thought for the inevitable critics is this. This is a new division, and it's gonna take a while for it to establish a strong core of seasoned athletes and trainers who can really develop the kind of finesse we see on the bodybuilding side of things today. But, the ground work is there, so it shouldn't take long. Further, since this is the first AAP competition, the fan-base is still growing, so try to be supportive.
Regardless, while I will always have my huge bias for jacked alphas, it's great to see the IFNB community growing!

I don't know I think they should keep things strictly body building. I mean, they have the lower weight classes already. Why do they need a new division?

IFNB competitors of any weight, spend all their time honing not only their muscles but also their cocks so that when they are on stage they can shoot cum whilst striking their poses WITHOUT TOUCHING THEIR COCKS. They cannot do it like a true Alpha contestant can in the 'Look at me, mam, no hands' mode. So there is need for another category, whoch in no way interferes with the present IFNB programmes.
