Pre-Contest Training 1

FOCUSED-RELEASE DUMBELL-PUMP 
(a/k/a "CUMBELLS," or "CUMBELL CURLS")
A naked bodybuilder performs a light set of focused-release dumbbell-pumps,
also occasionally nicknamed "cumbells."

The first technique we're featuring in our Special Report on Naked Bodybuilding Pre-Contest Training is a simple and common exercise among bodybuilders called "focused-release dumbell-pumping."

This particular exercise is popular among athletes because it trains both muscle control and cum control simultaneously.  Simultaneous muscle and cum control is a crucial skill in naked bodybuilding, and while focused-released dumbell-pumps are a simpler exercise, sometimes the basics work the best.

Holding two dumbells, competitors focus on squeezing and contracting their cock, encouraging orgasm.  While doing so, the athlete performs SLOW AND CONTROLLED repetitions of bicep curls (or sometimes lateral delt raises).  Often, the repetitions are held at certain midpoints in the movement range.  The athlete squeezes his muscles and tries to encourage hands-free cumming.  Should the bodybuilder begin cumming, rep speed changes to either faster reps, or in some cases held motionless (to emulate on-stage posing and cumming).

Focused-release dumbell-pumps can be challenging for beginners, yet are very common among those athletes who have mastered hands-free cumming.  Often, because of the spray on the weights, dumbell-pumps are nicknamed "cumbells" or "cumbell curls."

Typically cumbells curls are done for time, rather than for repetitions. A typical set will last between 90 seconds to 6 minutes, depending on how light the dumbbells are and how well the athlete can cum.  Often, if an athlete does not achieve orgasm, multiple sets are employed until he is flexing and cumming.

IFNB Pros often use focused-release dumbbell-pumps as an "in-between" prep exercise, among other techniques.  It is almost exclusively a pre-contest exercise, and it is rarely employed during regular non-pre-contest training (with some exceptions).

Because at least one load is expended with this technique, it is not used with men who are storing their cumloads for the stage.  However, many pros and higher-level naked bodybuilders produce such an excess of cum that they will use this technique to "release pressure" while heading to the stage.  Often, the first cumshot can be harder to control, and thus athletes prefer these methods to clear out the first load prior to taking the stage.
