"If we were focused mainly on competitions, it would shift the emphasis too quickly away from how fun it is to get together with your bros naked, throw around the weights and pump out study loads.   Too many dudes would get left behind.  We want to be the league which prepares young guys to be ready for competitive leagues, but not overwhelm them too soon."

Since many a young man who spent his youth building and refining his muscular body also spent a lot of time being horny and working their cocks (like most teenagers), but rarely at the same time, forcing them to now work them together in tandem is an important way to get them properly trained as Naked Bodybuilders. Though he doesn’t state it specifically, I think Donnell is correctly implying that the best way to get these young guys to start making that connection is to train from both sides, as it is. In equal measure you need to take the weight training and muscle work that any young bodybuilder or athlete is used to, and layer in aggressive cock stimulation and constant arousal – in a way that is arrogant and aggressively masculine, but not specifically sexual, so that pairing those two becomes second nature. Similarly, creating heavily stimulating sexual situations for these horny boys (and what pumped young teenager isn’t going to be up, willing and responsive to most sexual situations) and repeatedly adding in the requirements for weight work, nude posing, timed cumming and male-on-male interaction will also start to make it second nature, such that the two acts finally can come together for them both mentally and physically.     But this work doesn’t end with their youth. In that series, trainers like Brett Darrin, Gerald Markus and pros like Carlo Emanti, Chad Galvin and former-clothed superstar Matt Boyer all continue to both train to work their muscles and cocks in conjunction, and still work on making sure they are aligned. I think the work is constant, and that is why the work that bodybuilding trainers like Brett Darrin do for other straight guys is important, making sure that the sight of another aroused and pumped alpha male flexing and cumming is both exciting and enticing, is imperative.
