Often – very often – a high fat meal or series of meals is not only common, but necessary for size development. So to a trained eye, this sort of image actually seems MORE realistic to the world of bodybuilding.
DeleteI know that most of the fans of this site – and of online bodybuilder fantasy – are actually naive to the intricacies of what really works for these athletes, but it is important to note that the "craft of building huge muscle" is not at all the same as "focusing on health." While the majority of processes bodybuilders use are certainly healthy (or at least neutral to health impact), there are several things they do which are counter-intuitive to what we generally perceive as "healthful practice" – and occasionally even contrary to health. Typically these contradictions are only short-effect and limited impact – like a densely caloric set of meals to refuel the body.
So often a bodybuilder will "cycle" into his eating an intensely high fat and high calorie meal. Typically, he will also use this tool as a dual opportunity to enjoy himself. This practice is very common and frequent in a high level bodybuilder's diet, and especially on vacation they will take the opportunity to use this "trick" to enjoy their relaxation time.
