Well, after a long wait we seem to have got off to an excellent start for 2015. After looking at the early registration rosters, complete with off season stats, it's clear there's a lot of grade A talent brimming cum and packed with lean muscle. The Jr Alpha division sounds like a good idea and is, frankly, a little overdue. Entry into the world of naked bodybuilding can be very difficult, but with a more formal junior division to show teens the way to fully develop their manhood, the world of Alpha muscle should get even bigger. A much better solution than the disappointing Athletic Physique which, while it does attract SOME decent muscle, has been plagued with far too many pansies and wannabes.

However, there is something exciting about seeing the new meat come up in the ranks, so if you are going to have an amateur-level event a Jr. division is always a sure draw for even the most die-hard pro-level fans.
DeleteThe Beef-Boy Classic – the biggest Junior and Teen contest in the naked bodybuilding world – is an AMATEUR LEVEL EVENT, but it brings in the kind of attention the pros usually get, which proves that fans love seeing the young upstarts. As the Beef Boy is usually mid-year, having a second amateur-level junior event attached to a pro-level event makes a ton of sense.
Likewise, the association without he Alpha name is more likely to intimidate the lower amateurs and keep the prime crop of young meat in the game. It's exciting to see the most important title in the naked bodybuilding world – the Mr. A – actually begin to operate like the other IFNB events!
