We all know the three main elements to training naked bodybuilders: cock & cum control, muscle development and size, and cock growth & erection stability.  Many train each of these separate, having separate workouts focused on muscle growth, on cock size or on cum control.

However, at the elite and pro levels of naked bodybuilding the men have evolved their capacities by synthesizing the three elements, often training two or all three all at once.  Beginners and intermediates often struggle with combining such intensive cock stimulation with hardcore weight work, but at the pro levels men of intensely swollen muscle can pump their bodies hard and full while banging out aggressive cock work at the exact same time.

One common exercise which combines cock control, cum timing and muscle growth is concentration release curls.  They are an elaboration of he classic biceps exercise yet with a hands-free cum-skill element, as well as a rapid erection-retrieval skill.

Concentration release curls start with an edged cock.  THe cock is prepped to full and hard and ready to explode.  Then, with one elbow on the knee, the bodybuilder curls a heavy dumbell, repping out while trying to encourage a hands-free cum-burst.  Once the cock blows it's hot, sticky wads, the cock is re-prepped and the bodybuilder curls with the other arm.  The goal is to cum at the same number of reps on each side.
