Luke Salinos, the 18-year-old Heavyweight who took second place in the Teen Overall,
stole away fans of superstar teen Yann Perrod, and was thought by many
to have been more deserving of the overall win.
The finals are about to start at the BeefBoy Classic, yet not all fans are happy with the outcome in the Teen Classes. DeleteMost of the headline IFNB shows follow a similar format. There are progressive preliminary rounds and then a shorter series of final rounds.
DeleteThe IFNB is not looking for guys who are physically perfect for just a few hours or one day. They are looking for the men who hold perfection over time and represent the best of the best. This de-emphasizes the ridiculous "peaking" strategy of non-nude bodybuilding in favor for athletes who hold their own and maintain energetic, powerful builds.
Likewise, it proves a degree of athleticism to compete over and over during a series of days. The athlete who just keeps going is the one who truly represents alpha superiority of the male body!
That said, each IFNB event is different. This keeps the challenges fresh and the action exciting.
The most intense contests will have as high as 10 preliminaries and 5 final rounds. (Although this is very rare.) More commonly there are 6 to 8 preliminaries and 3 or 4 final rounds. Each round operates lik a single contest, with winners in each class and category, and then an overall winner.
While overall is still the best title in any given round, the numerical scores of athletes accumulate to determine the winners of the preliminaries or the finals. (This is how, for example, Tarber won the Collegiate Preliminaries yet only took one overall contest win.) Just as often as not there are numerical winners in spite of individuals causing remarkable wins in individual contest rounds.
In some shows, the finals consist of the top ten numerical best. In some shows it is the numerical best in each class. Here at the BeefBoy it is a three-man final with the winner in each of the three divisions, Teen (19 and under), Collegiate (20 - 22, enrolled in college) and Junior (20 -23).
Typically contests will happen every day, or at most a day in between contests. (Every now and again there will be two or even three days between contests - the DragonCock, for example, had a 2-day break between the 5th and 6th rounds of the eight preliminary contests, and then three days between the preliminaries and the three finals.) Yes, this means these men compete for several days in a row. Obviously their athleticism and sexual prowess is of a freakishly unbelievable height. These truly are the men of our muscle fantasies before us!!!
Competitors will be required to enter all or a specified number of preliminaries to qualify for final rounds. Here at the BeefBoy (which is an EXHIBITION show run LIKE a pro show, but is NOT an actual pro event), if you want to be in the finals, you have to compete in all six preliminaries. At the DragonCock they were required to compete in at least 6 of the 8 prelims. At the Cock Show last year it was 7 out of 9 prelims. The FreakShow was all 8 out of 8 prelims. Each show is different, and some shift slightly year to year.
Obviously, some competitors intentionally do not do the required number of prelims. They may be there to show off, as a sponsored athlete, or just because they love it.
As such, IFNB events usually last 8 to 16 days long. They are all out, festival-level, full-blown muscle, cock and nudity blow outs! A never ending herd of hyped-up, testosterone driven male muscle and showing off . . . which is awesome from a fan standpoint!

While it may seem like that could dissipate the proceedings, these side competitions actually add a lot of fun to the events, let competitors who may not win the big titles get a shot at glory, and also allow competitors with fringe talents to gain some acclaim (like what that gigantic-cocked teenager, Kris Garter won from DongMaxx).
