The CEFB (Conference of Erect Penis Bodybuilders) is one of a several amateur-level naked bodybuilding leagues which feeds the pro-ranks of the IFNB. Do well in the CEFB, and you may one day compete among the massivest cock and most swollen muscle ever to flex and pose on stage!
