That is IFNB Pro Nude Bodybuilder Seth Polton, one of the best Heavyweight competitors in the league.
Seth took second in the Men's Heavyweights at the Roma this year, after competing in 6 of the 8 IFNB competitions that went on.
You can see in this pic that Polton has one of the most powerful cum shots in he game. His ability to shoot far and thick - often past the judges table and onto the spectators in the audience - is one of the ways he improves his score.
Polton is also a cock coach, and works with nude bodybuilders to help them develop massive cum shots. (Incidentally, he is also for hire for regular clients who want to experience muscle cumming in person - although being a pro, he is VERY expensive!)

Well, during a final posedown, Polton stopped and approached Heavyweight IFNB Pro Tyler LaPlante. Polton stuck his hand between LaPlante's massive, striated ass cheeks, and very angrily yanked out a VERY large dildo which LaPlante had lodged in his ass for the competition. Using an ass toy for on stage stimulation is STRICTLY forbidden and considered cheating.
What Polton was remember most for was not just that he revealed a cheater or LaPlante, but he angrily tossed the lube-dripping massive dildo onto the judges table in an angry gesture. This disqualified Polton from the contest for disrespecting the judges, and it is controversial whether he would have won if he were not disqualified.
LaPlante - who was banned for two years from the IFNB for cheating - was in the lead, but because he was also disqualified it would have gone to Polton. Polton's temper cooked his own goose, but most feel that the amazing bodybuilder should have been named first anyway.
LaPlante is currently back in competition, but is not nearly as popular as he was in '07. Meanwhile, Seth Polton continues to blow people's minds with his abilities!
He was (for a short time) called a prude and accused of being anti ass stimulation. He went on record in a 2010 magazine article:
"I am not against ass stimulation - I am against cheating. But there isn't one single pro bodybuilder in he IFNB who can do what we do without TONS of anal stimulation. My own pump room dildo's range from 10" to 24", and fans should know I often have a tool up my muscle ass while I am lifting weights. I am probably one of the most aggressive ass stim athletes out there, and am tired of being considered a prude falsely.
